Kaiken is an index and player front-end. It does not own, produce, licence, or store the anime and manga it points at.
What Kaiken is
Kaiken searches publicly available third-party services, then presents what they return in one place. When you play an episode or open a chapter, the video and the images come from those third-party services — Kaiken relays the request so it works in your browser. We do not upload, encode, licence, or archive any of it.
Because the material is not ours, we cannot guarantee that any particular title, episode, or chapter will be available, that it will be complete, or that it will keep working. Sources go down, change their layout, or remove titles without telling anyone, and links break as a result.
No affiliation
Kaiken is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any anime studio, manga publisher, streaming platform, or the third-party services it indexes. All trademarks, titles, characters, and artwork belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only.
Support the creators
Anime and manga exist because people are paid to make them. If a series is worth your time, buy the volumes and use the official streaming and reading services available where you live. Kaiken is not a substitute for that, and is not intended to be.
Provided as-is
Kaiken is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information shown — titles, episode counts, chapter numbers, air dates, ratings — is accurate or current. Catalogue metadata comes from third-party sources and is frequently wrong or out of date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaiken and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or of anything you reach through it.
Rights holders
If you own rights in something reachable through Kaiken and want it removed, use the contact form. We act on valid notices, and we do not require a lawyer to be involved before we will look at one.
